Res Fortes GMS, from 2021 expertly crafted from a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah, Creating the GMS blend.  Of the 60% Grenache around 20% of that they use whole bunch fermentation to create an extra element of freshness and some extra mouth feel characters.
