Vineyard with grass cover. Trellising and deleafing of vines. Destemming, crushing, and pre-fermentation cold maceration for five days, followed by traditional maceration for 20 days in vats. Blending of free-run and press wine. Aged 12 months, partly in oak. This range of fresh, fruity and elegant varietals illustrates the beautiful diversity of the Loire Valley. This is a fruity, no-fuss wine with red fruit and paprika notes and melted tannins. Red meats, charcuterie, cheese.
